Cancellation Policy
At JBL Equipment Rental LLC, we commit to having your machinery serviced, fueled, and ready for your project. Because we pull equipment off the market to honor your reservation, we adhere to the following cancellation standards:
The 25% Security Deposit
To secure your rental dates, a 25% non-refundable deposit (unless canceled within the allowed window) is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees that the specific machine is reserved exclusively for your job site.
Cancellation Windows
- More than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, your 25% deposit will be fully refunded to the original payment method, or it can be applied as a credit toward a future rental.
- Less than 24 Hours' Notice: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, the 25% deposit is strictly non-refundable. This fee compensates for the loss of rental opportunity and the administrative costs of prepping the equipment.
Weather & Safety Exceptions
We understand that Southern Utah weather can be unpredictable.
- Rescheduling: JBL reserves the right to reschedule your rental to the next available window at no additional cost.
- Refunds: If a reschedule is not possible due to your project timeline, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
No-Shows & Site Inaccessibility
If our team arrives at the delivery location and the customer is not present, or the site is inaccessible (locked gates, blocked driveways, etc.), and we are unable to reach you via the contact information provided, a one-day rental and delivery fee will be forfeited to cover the transport and labor costs.
