By accessing or using jbl-equipment.com (the "Site") or booking a rental through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Relationship to Rental Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website. All physical rentals of machinery (mini excavators, skid steers, trailers, etc.) are additionally governed by our Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions, which must be signed prior to or at the time of delivery. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Equipment Rental Agreement regarding a physical rental, the Equipment Rental Agreement shall prevail.

3. Accuracy of Information and Pricing

We strive for 100% accuracy, but we are human. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your reservation).

  • Prices for our rentals are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

The "JBL Equipment Rental, LLC" name, logo, and all content on this site—including text, graphics, and custom photos—are the exclusive property of JBL Equipment Rental, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or "scrape" any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To submit false or misleading information (including fake identities for rental bookings).
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • To interfere with the security features of the Site or our booking partners (Shopify and Booqable).

6. Limitation of Liability (Website)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBL Equipment Rental, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in transmission, website downtime, or the results of any "glitches" in the booking software. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of Iron County, Utah.
